Repeat buy, works great. I think it’s helping me sleep too. Only complaint, my sweat stinks! I guess it’s detoxing, so it works. Cheaper to buy on Amazon vs Alaya website, unless you get a deal.

I have tried so many probiotics/prebiotics. I have taken this one by Alaya for about six months now and have been very happy with it. My stomach seems more “settled” and I just feel better overall.

I am pretty skeptical about any product like this, but Jillian Michaels is skeptical of everything and promotes it so I figured why not try. This is the first product I've tried where I've noticed a real and immediate (within 72 hour) improvement in gut health and movements. A company with clean supplements who isn't trying to intentionally rip you off is hard to come by, but I think this one might just be one of the good ones. Worth the shot and fairly risk-free cost wise.

I had reached a plateau in my weight loss journey and decided to try these to see if it helped. Not only did the scale show improvement, but my stomach felt better. Additionally, my tongue always had a layer of white gunk on it no matter how many times I brushed, flossed and gargled. Within 4 days, that gunk was gone. That has to be a sign that my gut health has improved. My only complaint is how expensive it it.

I already use Alaya collagen and have been a huge fan of Jillian Michaels for 7 years. I added these to help with overall health and felt my body needed a cleanse. I'm only on my 2nd bottle but can really tell a difference. I don't feel sluggish like I did, and I really think this has helped with some digestion/stomach issues I was dealing with.

I've tried many probiotics, and this is by far the best! I have stomach issues and I've never felt better.. I think the combination of pre and probiotics might be the reason. I would highly recommend this product.

I really wanted to love this product unfortunately it made me extremely nauseous I have tried many probiotics, and none have made my stomach as sick as these unfortunately I can't return them so they went in the trash make sure when you're ordering supplement on Amazon you understand there is no refund I'm getting to think it best be just starting to by direct from the companies themselves
