It is a potent extract. A little amount will go a long way. After using this, I feel energetic and relaxed whether I work at office or in the gym. It has improved my mood and now I don't get irritated or agitated easily.

Love the powder form; this does help with dosing. Also, the powder is easy to mix in with juice, tea, water, or any other beverage. I've noticed since I've been taking this daily, first thing in the morning, my mood is improved and I do sleep better. It is best taken with caffeine, but I find it works without it too. I decided to try this product after drinking a matcha tea latte and feeling euphoric; turns out, matcha tea is high in l-theanine and caffeine. I definitely recommend!

I don't want this product

This stuff works, but way too strong for me at the dose on the bottle. But i hace a sensitivity to calming supplements

I use it for a calm alert focus. I actually use this as part of my biohack, and it’s super important component since it prevents the spikes and crashes from the coffee & mct oil combo. If anyone wants to prebatch it to make it a large format cold brew or iced coffee for the week or something, then just add all that plus heavy cream to keep the mct oil from separating and solidifying when it sits in the fridge for a while.

I take this before bed with magnesium. Both help me stay asleep. This was the first time I ordered it as a powder instead of in capsule form, so it can be strange to take as such (but it doesn’t taste bad). This was a cheaper alternative to capsules at the time of purchase.
