Ok for basting
I bought these for buttering my madeleine pans, but they didn't work the way I thought they would because, of all the little grooves in the pan. They will be great for basting other things. I do like them.

Clean like a dream
The silicone brushes are excellent quality, clean up easily and much better than bristle brushes. I used them to baste Cornish game hens and they worked marvelously.
