Chicory is a great inulin with lots of health benefits.
Even though the probiotic cultures used in L reuteri fermented dairy don't actually feed off inulin, I still add a bit to my fermented dairy for the added fiber (and because I ordered it thinking I had to have it for the recipe). I chose Chicory Inulin for the other health benefits. I use a frother whisk to help make my slurry before adding it to my milk, so I get a very smooth texture. For the quantity you get, I feel it's a great value for the money and will continue to add it to my recipe. I do add a bit of heavy cream dry milk powder to my mix since the milk is what the bacteria need to feed on, and since it is going to be eating for at least 18 hours. I just add the dry milk to my slurry before adding the rest of the milk. It makes delicious, solidified, L reuteri with no separation.

Inulin in general might be hard to dissolve
**Edit** After doing research on how to dissolve inulin, it seems it is somewhat of a challenge in general. The support team at micro ingredients responded to my concerns promptly. They were kind!! Because of their customer service, I decide to give four stars!! This powder has a sweet taste (which I like) I just wish inulin was easier to dissolve. I’m glad others have had better experiences with that :) * * This product was recommended by a YouTuber I am subscribed to. They recommended this as one of the few inulin options for making super cultured dairy. I was eager to give this a try but was disappointed. I tested this powder out in both cold and hot beverages. The powder immediately clumps and is very difficult to break apart. I reached out to manufacturer’s support team. I’m hoping that this one bag was off and not the way they formulate it. I don’t see myself ordering this again. If I do and the powder dissolves easily, I will update this review.

good quility
excellent for making sauerkraut when using body ecology veggie culture starter (probiotic powder designed to help make very good tangy, probiotic-rich cultured vegetables) and they really like waking up to Organic Inulin Fiber Powder I use 3 scoops of Inulin Fiber Powder for between 5 to 7 quart jars of green cabbage sauerkraut

Very clumpy but dissolves easy
This powder clumps with every opportunity. The more humidity, the more it clumps. I couldn’t believe how much is stuck to the spoon and everything else he came in contact with when I live in the desert. This is a major annoyance, but otherwise the product is pretty decent. It dissolves very easily and warm liquid, and there’s no noticeable taste in my opinion.

Tastes great and very healthy - love this stuff!
Great slightly sweet flavor, I use in my morning coffee with mct oil powder and have stopped using sugar in my coffee. I use about a tablespoon a day now, which is more than the recommended serving size, but I started with lower amounts in the beginning. No ill effects, just positives. Besides being organic, this inulin is from chicory root, which has a low glycemic index, which is different than the inulin derived from Jerusalem artichoke. Also add a little to my smoothies sometimes if I want to up the sweetness and add some prebiotic fiber. This is my daily go-to!! Love it.

Improves gut health!
I’ve been suffering form chronic constipation my entire life. I take probiotics and they were helpful at first but after researching more, I discovered you need a prebiotic to feed the probiotic. Since I’ve been using this product, things have improved, almost to a normal but I’ve only been taking it a week now. There is no taste, which is good and it is very filling, so....you naturally will be less likely to eat as much as you normally do. Some people will find this helpful, I for one use it for gut health. I recommend this product, it’s good for you and easy to incorporate in to your daily routine.
