My hair doesn't get tangled and I don't breakout after a night of use. I was worried maybe the title of the item was mislabeled bc they weren't very expensive, but they're definitely real satin! The only thing is that if you have feather pillows you might want to size up - the cases feel nice but the pockets could be deeper. They slide off.
