I like taste of pedialyte. For the benefits it provides your body, you’d think it would be nasty but no. It tastes great.

I love the way I feel after drinking a bottle or two.I tend to get dehydrated this drink gets me back on track.The taste is OK but I add lemon and ice and that does the trick for me.

Pedialyte keeps me hydrated better than water! The flavors choices are wonderful, I keep two bottles in the fridge at all times. Working in the yard in the hot sun? Keep Pedialyte in the fridge and drink a lot while you’re sweating it out; no more muscle cramps. I’ve drank this for years and it really does work to fight cramps.

As I increase my walking and running this is a go-to, great for restoring energy.

i purchased to try this out. Does very good at rehydrating after working in South Georgia heat. Cost was a concern, but wanted to try. If the company would lower price this would be a big seller for sure.
