I was suffering from some major post-holiday sluggishness and very SLOW digestion (if you catch my drift). The amount of powder that came in the container was smaller than i expected, but then again, theres so many beneficial ingredients in this powder, you cant exactly expect it to be on the cheaper side. Compared to other powders i buy at my local whole foods, the prices are reasonable and for the health benefits i wouldn't mind paying more! Fun fact: when i put this in my average green smoothie which consists of frozen fruits spinach chia seeds, etc etc. for some reason when i add this powder, it makes my smoothie have a green tea taste to it.
