Nice, but a bit too small
This is a small, firm pillow: 6" x 8" x 2.5". Compressed, it's about an inch thick. I find the thickness to be just right, and although it is on the firm side, it's better than most other knee pillows which are too soft/compressible.I do wish they would make it a 9-inch diameter size (with same thickness). That would be perfect. As it is, it's a bit trick to get this small pillow in just the right location. I am hoping they will make the same pillow, but an XL version!

Nice design, pillow too firm for me
I chose this knee pillow because it looked smaller than the others and because it has a leg sleeve. I have back and knee pain and have been sleeping with a throw pillow but it's too big. I like the size and I like how the sleeve keeps the pillow in place but the pillow itself is too firm for me. I would love this design with a memory foam option.

Comfortable and solves lower back pain
I use this cushion every night. Have been using these for years now. At one time they were difficult to obtain, but that is no longer a problem. It stays in place and is soft and comfortable. Other brands/types are either uncomfortable or slide around. This is the only one of 3 or 4 I've tried, that really stays in place. I have not had any lower back pain since starting to use it. It is washable but the elastic will get a bit stretched out if washed too often. Even when it gets stretched out a bit, it is better than any others I have tried. Highly recommend!

As described
It does stay in place very well. I am still adjusting to having it on when I am trying to sleep. It has reduced the pain from having my knees against each other.

It keeps in place
I like it has a sleeve to keep it in place, but I wonder how long will the sleeve last.

Didn't work for me
Im sure that this product is great for some but not for me, I thought that this leg sock would work great but it was uncomfortable and irritated me which is not good for sleeping and the actual cushion was too thick which most are but in the picture it look small and kinda flat which would have been great for me....but it was too thick to be comfortable.

Best knee pillow by far
After trying many knee pillows, this is the first one the first one that has consistently helped with my knee pain. With the sock like sleeve to keep it in place, I don't wake up in pain hunting for the pillow. Highly recommend for those with knee on knee pain.

pain relief
Since I am a thin person, there isn't much fat to pad my knee bones while sleeping on my side. The knee pillow works perfectly for that pressure point. Wearing it felt strange the first few times, but I quickly got used to it.

Seems to work but ....
For a patented product, I would have thought a lot more research and development would have gone into this pillow. Don’t get me wrong, since using it, my sciatica has calmed markedly down and I appear to be getting better nights sleep; however, ‘the stocking’! It’s already been mentioned that it is loose and it may rotate around your leg, waking you up, causing you to replace it before falling back to sleep etc. I’m afraid, this is the truth and fault of the product!! I have, what’s left of them, athleticly formed legs I.e. quite large and muscular, and the sock is too loose for me. I’m going to purchase a piece of tubagrip that better suits my leg, probably two pieces, one larger than the other to deal with the different sizes in my leg and sew them in - I say this to give the manufacturer an idea they should have had from the start rather than save money but still charge for. Other than that, I would recommend the product but we aware of the nightly spin ‘n’ dance you’ll have with it.

Comfortable and effective
The attraction of this small piece of foam in a stocking is that it is the right size to fit between your knees - not too big and not too small. It's much better than using a pillow. I bought it to help with my recovery from a hip replacement and it does the job. The idea of locking it in place with a stocking works fine, but I rarely bother with the stocking and find it is easy to keep it in place as you need it during the night.

Sleeping knee pillow
I've had this for 5 days now and used it each of the 5 nights. Smaller than I expected but in fact, it's better small as it doesn't get in the way of walking with it attached to my leg. I've only used it with my winter pyjama and it does kind of stay in place. I have to say, it seems to have helped my sciatica as I've had no pain down my leg when using the pillow, and now can happily fall asleep on my side. I've given it 4 stars as I cannot see the density of the pillow staying plump and I do find the stuffing a little on the hard side. Will report back after a month.

A marvellous invention
I’ve woken up every morning with a painful back. This is despite buying a new bed and putting a cushion between my knees. This cushion has changed all that. It enables me to sleep in the correct way and is so much better than a pillow. I wake up in the morning no longer stiff and in pain. I can no longer do without it and cannot praise it enough. It’s comfortable to wear, isn’t hot and doesn’t itch as I have very sensitive skin.

Pain Free Back at last
I’ve been seeing a chiropractor for many years now and she has constantly told me of the benefits of using a knee cushion. I’ve tried using pillows and my own makeshift knee cushions, to no avail. So I resorted to sleeping on my back, which I found very uncomfortable.I ordered the Rophi side sleeping knee pillow as a last resort. At first I found it to be a bit bulky, but I persevered and now, two weeks later I’m getting a better quality sleep and a pain free back. This product is as good as it’s advertised to be. Buy it and you won’t be disappointed, I’m over the moon with mine.
