Excellent flavor! Heat, but not overpowering, good on so many food items requiring a kick. Even the young grandkids love it! The oil will seep under the lid though need to take care there

This is like gold! Hot and salty. Once you discover it you will always keep it handy. I used it as a thank you gift at work and now my co-workers are bugging me for more. It is hard to find it in stores so I buy 4 at a time. Maybe it is time to buy 8?

I have become nearly obsessed with Chiu Chow Chili Oil. This delightfully hot and spicy chili oil is now being used by myself in many dishes I never suspected including in soups, egg dishes and, of course, Asian fare. I have tried it several other competitors products but have returned to Lee Kum because of consistency and quality, fairly priced, and authentic taste. My package arrived safely and securely wrapped. Do yourself a favor and give this a try you will be disappointed.

Best chilies in oil I have found for adding into ramen noodle soup when you want spicy. I have already used up the first four pack I ordered and am waiting for the arrival of the second order, especially since I think I have one tablespoon left from the first batch. Highly recommended. Good taste, not salty, no undercurrent of sour bean or other flavors that many of the other similar products have.

We love this chili oil for our Chinese food. Bought it at Amazon because the supply at our Chinese grocery store is haphazard. Was very well packaged and will buy again when needed.
