..is Bombino the king?im not sure yet,first i fell in love with Tinariwen,then Songhoy Blues,now I'm starting to feellike i might like Bombino the best.especially difficult to choose if this albumhas such FANTASTIC production,and such a joy to it,a very lively, life-affirming feeling to it.anyway, if you like great electric guitar tone,and you like to be made to feel very happylistening to music,this is perfect.buy it!

Bombino is an amazing guitarist, get all is records you won't be disappointed if you like Ry Cooder, Oz Noy and other masters of the guitar you will dig Bombino.

The CD will not play in my car. The details are not recognized on the iMac either. Had to copy it to the iMac, manually enter all song titles and CD information, copy to another CD as mp3 recordings and then play in the car😞

My heart bleeds for the people I see on this ‘migrant route.’ I was extremely lucky to survive my experiences with displacement. When I see people in this situation coming through Agadez, I feel a shudder in my bones knowing this person will probably not be so lucky. In the areas where there are Tuareg people, there’s been quite a lot of conflict, especially in the last 10 years or so, so my main wish would be for an enduring peace.”Ten fine works make this a virtuoso outing for Bombino.
