Everyone once in a while you want something sweet and/or a cookie without the sugar, lower carbs and protein. These fill all your needs in one bar. I have no stomach (full gastrectomy) so minimal intake for me but, I want to feel normal and these complete that for me. The texture is like a flakey wafer, not too dry, the flavor is tasty. Make sure to keep them in a draw or even fridge so they don’t melt, I left one in my car and it melted in the wrapper. Super easy to grab and go.
