Does it come with a screw

No, I don't believe it does. But the screw that holds the stock sight in place works perfectly.

can it fit on ruger pc carbine

Sorry I don’t know. We put it on a Mark 2 22/45.

Do you guys put this on with some form of glue or no

No it is direct fit no glue needed shot 900 rounds out it and no wiggle

Ok, i have one for you. i have an amt lightening .22 pistol that was made on the ruger mark patent. it has an 8 3/8" stainless barrel. will it ,

With an 8 inch barrel, I'll bet that is one accurate pistol! But sorry, no idea as to the fit. If the front sight is mounted with a single screw, if it was my pistol I'd have to take a chance and order the Truglo, as inexpensive as the sight is. It's one helluva an improvement!
