Can you make it ahead and put it in the refrigerator?

Absolutely! You will just need to steep it in hot water first for 3-5 minutes. It is nice to drink it cold, especially in the summer.

What happened to the free shipping and handling

We have moved all of our products to fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) to better serve our customers and allow for Amazon Prime. It is a faster and more efficient service than we can provide. We no longer control the shipping fees. We thank you for your being a repeat customer and I hope this answers the question.

Does is make use the bathroom a lot? I’m a mail carrier and I can’t just run to the bathroom lol

it doesn’t make you excessively go to the bathroom but yes you will need to go and you will need baby wipes because it softens everything lol
