I’m 5’6, 185, 38-32-44 usually wear 8/10 in dresses and I brought a medium & large. Sent the large back because I liked how the medium snatched my waist in which fit great. It has stretch in it which is a life saver for curvy women!! Don’t be fooled by the scratchy fabric to the touch of your hand because it does NOT itch your skin. It hid my gut VERY well with the pleating/scrunched area. However, I have hips & booty so go up to a large if you carry most of your weight in your gut. This is a statement dress!! You will have all eyes on you!! Wore it on New Year’s Eve and received so many compliments!! I want more dresses from this maker!!

This Dress was everything!!

I purchased this dress (and shoes) on amazon last minute for a formal event I’m going to tonight. The dress fits great!! As other reviewers have noted the lighter colors are a little see-through but nothing that can’t be resolved with a nude bra and underwear. For reference I’m 5’9” and about 165 lbs., typically a size M in tops and 8-12 in bottoms. I ordered a Medium in the dress and it fits perfect, just a bit short but not a deal breaker and I expected that since I’m tall.I was worried I’d have to do some emergency sewing to avoid any coochie slips but this dress is really well designed, unless I spread my legs and squat nobody’s going to be seeing my ladybits.The sparkles really don’t itch or scratch once the dress is on. Only thing is it’s a little tight at the shoulders so that’s the only place where it’s itchy.This dress is a hard YES from me! It’s budget friendly and I think it looks good on, so I’d youre on the fence I say go for it! Really excentuates your curves in a nice way

I waited until the last minute to shop for a dress for a fraternity ball. I saw this dress and after seeing a review and picture of another buyer with a similar build as mine, I ordered the pink, lavender and black in different sizes. In the left picture, I'm wearing the XL in lavender. I'm 5'3"/190lbs/38D/Size 14. I am trying this on without the aid of my body shaper. I have more hips than reflected in the picture. I ended up wearing the black which has a more of a silver/pewter color than black. The XL in the "black" was a slightly larger cut and less elastic in the shoulder. If you look closely at the lavender dress you can see the elastic at the shoulders. I didn't see this in the color I chose. There was no shedding of the sparkles. Be aware there is a deep split. The lighter colors are see-thru so be careful with your undergarments. I didn't have that problem with the black. The pink and lavender were both lovely, but the black suited me well enough. I received a LOT of compliments that evening considering I only paid $27.00! I am happy with this dress. I wish I kept the lavender as well.

I love this dress! It runs true to size and I got literally so many compliments from people. Like... so many. I wore this dress for 5+ hours and it was comfortable the entire time. It is very stretchy, so you could honestly probably size down for a more slimming effect (I got an XL, def could have went L). I usually wear a size 14/16 in jeans and the XL worked well for me. It is a rougher dress, texture wise, primarily on the outside (I brushed up against my friend and she called it “itchy”) but from the inside it is fine. It doesn’t ride up or down all night. The only thing I would warn about is the slit. If you catch a breeze in this dress, it will full on Marilyn Monroe you. Everything will show, and you’ll be left looking like a whole entire fool. Lol. When you sit, the slit will leave your entire leg exposed, up to the crease at the top of your leg, so if you’re a reserved person then this may not be the dress for you. I, however, am shameless, so I didn’t mind at all. 10/10, would buy again. Will probably buy another color for future use. I promise this dress will get you showered in compliments. Many reviews left me leery on buying it but I can assure you, it’s a good buy.

Although the fabric was not as thick as I thought it would be - I truly loved the dress, I received so many compliments. I also thought it would be more of a gray as opposed to the shiny silver but I still was very happy with the dress. I am a 5’2 about 130 lbs bought a small and it fit perfect!

I LOVE this dress! Its form fitting. The fabric can be a little scratchy and the slit was too aggressive for my taste (I just used safety pins) but it’s a super cute dress and I got tons of compliments!

I strongly feel that the reviews I read before purchasing this dress were falsified, I could be wrong but I believe I ordered this dress under false pretenses. Don't get me wrong, it looks so convincingly pretty in pictures but that is absolutely not the case when seeing it in person. I wasn't going to write a review but when I tried to return this dress, they were charging me for the return shipping. The size is absolutely off as well. I wear a 14 and I ordered the largest size 16-18 on purpose but the dress fit like a 12 or smaller. I saw in the pictures provided by other customers that women built around my size were able to pull this dress off so I figured I could do this same but nope! You could possibly pull it off if you wear a size 12 and down and also wear a long slip underneath but just know you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
