DDS Bioelectric Massage Therapy Device - Authentic Hualin Hebei Model/Acid-Base Equilibrium Detoxification Massage Machine

I'm a massage therapist and have had this machine for just under a year before it stopped working. I've taken great care of this device up to this point so there's no reason why this should happen. I was way outside of the 30-day return policy, so Amazon said I have to contact the seller directly. The problem is that Amazon does not have the seller's contact info, so I was told by the representative to "Google" the name of the seller and find them online to troubleshoot the issue I'm having. That became the next problem, because you can't find this seller on Google probably because they are based out of China. And as many of you who found this page might have noticed, there isn't exactly any other websites or stores that sell these DDS devices. A fellow therapist I know also uses this machine, but the one he has uses a 3-prong power chord insertion into the machine and this device only has 2, and there was a noticeable difference in power output. Long story short, there is no customer service for this device outside of Amazon's return policy and it is an inferior product compared to the 3-prong model which has a higher power output.
