The reviews say it doesn't induce lucid dreaming. Is this true?

The only way to actually induce lucid dreaming is to become more aware. This helps this by inducing more vivid dreams. It is a supplement so it will aid in lucid dreaming but not give it to you. Just like protein powder doesn't give you muscles, you have to do some work.
