Changed formula
Very nice but not AS nice as the tea it SUPPOSEDLY is meant to replace - spiced apple. Still don’t know1. Why Taylor’s needed to change thus tea - if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!2. Why I can ONLY get this tea and other Taylor teas on-line. Don’t Taylor’s bother with shops?????

Poor flavour
I was very disappointed in the flavour it was very weak even after fusing for the said time, I also thought it was quite expensive.

Beim kauf werden 500g angegeben, was ein halbes Kilo ist, selbst auf der Packung steht dann aber 50G!! das ist ja wohl ein Witz!! Entweder sehe ich da mächtig etwas falsch, dann bitte ich um Aufklärung und bin dann natürlich auch bereit die Rezension zu ändern, aber SO sehe ich das als Betrug an!

Does not taste like apple at all!!
I normally drink tazo apple cinnamon tea which tastes 100% like apple cider, but am having serious problems finding it currently. After searching unsuccessfully for tazo, ran across this tea in my search.This is an herbal tea, contains no caffeine, but also has so many spices added, it actually tastes like chai tea. Its unique in its flavor profile in the world of 100% herbal teas and I’ve grown to like it, but there is no discernible apple flavor, so I drink it when I’m in the mood for chai.

Not Shipped Properly
Tea tastes great, but the box of tea was shipped in a bag which was smashed upon arrival. It definitely cannot be given as a gift when it arrives in this condition. It cannot be added to a raffle basket for a fundraiser either.

Nice strong flavor
Love the flavor, taste like it should. like a nice warm apple cinnamon tea with robust flavor! Shipping was very quick as well

Refund/return is not an option. What can I do, because it was for a gift.
The media could not be loaded. The tea smells delicious, it’s just all beat up and transit.
