Does it come in lime green or is it actually yellow, as shown?** A: It looks lemon yellow like the photos **Q: Is there a weight limit? My 5 year old is about 50lbs** A: I’m not sure if there’s an actual limit, but the bike just helps you learn balance. I would suggest you go to the next size up though. At 5 years old, unless he’s short - the bike won’t size well. Think, if it’s adequate for a 2 year old then you may want to push up to the next size! **Q: Does this model have a footrest and mudguard?** A: It has small rubber strips on the frame where the child can put their feet. No mud guard. **Q: My 4 year old is extremely tall, will this be a good size?** A: My son was also extremely tall as I am 6'7" and my wife is 6 ft, it was adjustable when he had at age 3 so my best guess is that it might be a bit small if he is like my son who is 4'2" at age 4, hope this helped, also my son didnt like it very much because it didn't have pedals on it ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bike *by B***. on October 16, 2023* My daycare boy loves this bike and it's made well ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for the $ *by N***Z on May 24, 2019* The media could not be loaded. We found the bike easy to unpack and assemble. The instructions (photos mostly) were good enough for us. Comments have mentioned the composition of the tires. They are made of a dense, sturdy material. Our kid weights 31 pounds thus we have no concerns about sturdiness. The bike is built for toddlers/young children. The price is reasonable. We can modify this if anything should change. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great bike! *by U***D on June 7, 2021* This has been a great bike so far. It's so easy to throw in the back of the car and take to the park for a play date or a new venue. The seat is easy to adjust if a friend wants to ride. My daughter is 4 and I'm glad we didn't get something more expensive when she will just grow really quickly into the next size. ## Frequently Bought Together - JOYSTAR 12 Inch Foldable Balance Bike for Kids Age 2 3 4 5 6 Years, Toddler Balance Bicycle for 2+ Year Old Boys & Girls, No Pedal Push Balance Bike with Adjustable Seat, Multiple Colors - Schwinn Classic Toddler and Baby Bike Helmet for Boys Girls Age 0/1/2/3/4/5 Year Old, Suggested Fit 44-52 cm, Dial Fit Adjustment and Full Range Padding, Extended Lower Shell, Integrated visor --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/112318863-joystar12-inch-foldable-balance-bike-for-kids-age-2-3](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/112318863-joystar12-inch-foldable-balance-bike-for-kids-age-2-3) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
