You can blindly go for the item. Does the job. It is very suited for medium and light works,not sure about the reliability if used for heavy works. Support is very prompt in case of any warranty claims or repairs even after the warranty period is over.

Worst product ever and worst service given by Amazon customer service i contact amazon like 3 to 4 times for return my machine but not any response given by amazon customer service. From my suggestion Don't ever think to buy it

الدريل ممتاز ومصنوع من مواد جدا ممتازه ، ثقيل للأعمال الهيفي ديوتي ، تحتاج تحمله بيديك الأثنين ، أنا عندي دريل صغير بوسش لكن مرات يطول في عمل الثقوب خصوصا بالخرسانه، أما هذا فلا يأخذ الكثير من الوقت، وغير كذا استخدمته لتنظيف السيراميك من الأسمنت الملتصق بوقت قياسي عن طريق الوظيفة الثانية الدقاق. خذه وانت مغمض جهاز جبار ماشاء الله عليه
