Very nice All Purpose Jerk seasoning to use on poultry and potatoes. Only thing they should change is adding a little more salt to the mix. The seasoning has a very nice flavor and it's quite spicy. Good all purpose Jerk seasoning to have around the house. I bought this because it came in two BIG bottles and we go through a lot of Jerk seasoning at home.

I agree with the other reviews in that the spice is hot and a little goes a long way. Also if you use this you need to add salt to whatever you are seasoning, if not all you will taste is heat.

This spice is extremely hot, spicy hot! Be careful when placing this ingredient in any of your recipes, a little goes a long way!
