The meal works for a good diet related meal but it does have its different taste. The taste will become normal after eating it for a while but it is not a great tasting meal.

A "feel good" food!!
It is very tasty..very convenient, too! I love the portion size and what all the bowl is filled with! Lots of nutrients and it's a "feel good" food! Absolutely delicious! This will be ordered regularly!

Ready in 40 seconds!?!?
This product is well seasoned, consistently delicious and very filling for only 360 calories due to it's 12 grams of protein. If you like a little heat in your dishes I'd recommend a masala style hot sauce to give it some extra kick for pure tastebud ecstasy. I originally ordered a bottle of Jersey Girl's Masala sauce for when my take-out Indian food isn't spicy enough and haven't had Indian since, so I decided to pair the two and it is a match made in heaven.

Crunchy, Chewy and Flavorless
Not reading the fine print, I can't return this product... UNFORTUNATELY! I found it to be tasteless. I microwaved it as the best method stated on the package... It just wasn't good all around. Chewy in parts, crunchy in other... And it's less than a serving size, not enough for a full meal...
