It serves its purpose and does what it's supposed to.My only complaint is that what I got didn't match the picture in terms of design and color.The torched wood in the picture looks like a nice even tone soft gray but what I got looked like a zebra. The picture just doesn't even do it justice. It looked like someone sanded down one of the white versions. It was pretty white with black stripes and light wood stripes. It was hideous. I eventually painted it and hung it up.

I saw a lot of negative reviews about having to put this together. The wooden holder itself comes assembled and I just had to screw on the hooks. It came with a small screw driver, preset screw holes, and extra screws so it was easy to put together. (I’m sure the hooks don’t come assembled to help protect it from shipping damage so calm down spoiled Americans! A little elbow grease never hurt anyone...) I LOVE this has side hooks and that’s my favorite feature. I’d definitely buy this again.

I was skeptical with all the reviews but I haven't had a single issue with this - holds multiple pieces of mail, has plenty of hooks, 2 coat hooks on both of the sides, its sturdy, looks great, and its perfect size.Also some people were saying you needed to drill your own holes or something on it? That was not the case with mine, they had the holes ready for me to screw the screws in and everything lined up properly.

I needed a key holder that had plenty of hooks. and this was just the kind that filled the need. its also strong enough to hold more then just keys since my wife even hangs her heavy coat. the anchor is pretty strong. I put a double sided tape over the screw hole and put a red marker dot on the tape and pressed it against the wall. and drilled the hole on the red dot on the wall. easy peasy not so cheesy . great product that didn't break my budget.

Got this wall organizer for my mom, she used to always have keys laying around by the door. Now it’s all organized and even has space for outgoing mail. So many hooks for all of their keys or cards, hooks in the front and sides also. Color matches their furniture, dark wood with Greyish tones. Was easy to assemble and hang on the wall, just takes few minutes.

Pros: It is not overly heavy, so good for my need.Cons: Wood box portion is assembled but provided hooks are DIY installation. I chose the “torched wood” but it’s finish looks more like a brown wood with a chalky whitewash finish that rubs off. Hardware is an antique brass color rather than steel/grey tone. Probably should have returned it, but it’ll do.

I love this organizer. It was easy to install and looks really nice on the wall. I love that I can hang all our car keys plus sunglasses on the end. It also hold mail or any other clutter that sits on our kitchen counters. I got the rustic brown and looks expensive.

I needed the keyring holder with mail box and it totally served its purpose. Very sturdy and weight is okay. Not at all shaky once you put it on wall. Everything needed to install it is included in the package so it becomes easy to install it. Loved it
