Did not stop the jumping nor did it stop the pulling. And he's gotten out of part of it twice.

I love it. It fits well with the adjustable straps. He is 83 pounds and seems comfortable with it on. He still pulls some but he is not choked when he does it. He seems to not mind it although it was a bit of a struggle to get him to let me put his front legs through it, but only the first time.
