Mixers: Although BumbleZest are designed to be taken as a shot you can dilute the whole bottle with about 250ml of water for a refreshing drink. We suggest using filtered tap water as it is free, environmentally friendly and does not come in a container. This recipe also tastes great with Soda/Sparkling water, Coconut water, Almond Milk or Rice Milk. Ideal Temperature: The best temperature for this drink is chilled or diluted with cold water. It can also be enjoyed as a shot at room temperature or mixed with hot water for a winter warmer. When to Drink: Anytime of the day is a good time for a health boost, however this recipe is particularly good in the afternoon/evening as a gentle pick me up. Ideally wait 20-30 minutes before or after eating so these nutrients have plenty of time to work their way into your body.
