For thermal printing ,no need ribbon to use,but normally just keep few days,the printing easy disappears,but use ribbon,for thermal transfer printing,normally can keep more long times,and if use different material ribbon,some can anti-scratch,anti-solvent etc.

Keeps tearing. Wont buy this brand again.

Every few lables the ribbion starts pulling appart and it needs to be cut and reset. Not happy about this and wont buy again from this retailer.

Seems to be great quality

I've purchased this once for our office label printer and it seems to work great so far. I gave it 4 stars as I don't really have anything to compare it to since this is a new label printer for us so it was my first time having to purchase transfer ribbon. We've been using it for about a few weeks now and the labels have been printing great so I'd say it's a good product so far!
