Will this one work on the 365xl?

I initially thought that this would not fit my 365XL as the rail did not seem to extend far enough, I even completed a Return Request through Amazon, then I read the questions posted here. When I removed all 3 of the screws (tricky to keep the unit from falling apart when disassembled innto the two halves) it did in fact just fit by clamping over the trigger guard. Make sure that you leave the battery compartment flap wide open before you tighten the three screws back down or it can wedge itself under the compartment opening when you push the two halves of the unit back together. Tough to turn the windage and elevation screws with that tiny allen wrench, but once I got it to move initially, it matched up with my front sight pretty easily. A nice unit, very snug fit when tightened... but don't make it too tight.

Are there holsters available that accommodate the light?

Not that we know of at this moment. If you contact Omni Equipment Solutions, Inc / HOney Badger Firearms in San Diego they will have a leather appendix carry holster that is made for a P365 with TLR-6 light in a week or so.

Will this work with the P365XL?
