By making cake that is delicious in the moment and nourishes your body for the long-term with real, purposeful ingredients serapheena is really doing a great job.👌..Cake mix ingredients:📍Jowar📍Raw cane sugar📍Sweet potato📍 espresso coffee powderTo prepare this vegan eggless cake, you will need this cake mix, 3 tbsp oil and 200 ml water. that's it😊I added cinnamon because we are big fans of cinnamon in this house.🙈I like simple unfrosted cakes that can be served as a breakfast cake or a snack cake so have just topped it with some cherries🍰..This espresso coffee cake batter was perfectly gooey.This cake also looked promising,with a rich brown color and shiny finish.It was noticeably lumpier, though, and had an uneven rise.The taste was decent, and it held together with a tighter crumb structure.The consistency was also perfect truly moist and smooth. With a bit a frosting on top, it would be the perfect cake...I used to imagine gluten-free baked goods as something dry that you had to choke down. But when you get the ratios right this is not the case at all.And this wonderful almond flour cake is a prime example.💚..Best suited for gluten-free & vegans✅..This cake turned out great! Hard to believe it’s just jowar & sweet potato cake.Very light and fluffy and I ate half of it already 😂So good! Moist and just the right sweetness.

I wasn't expecting it to taste so good as is the case with most health foods. But i have to say either my wife has dramatically improved her baking skills or the credit goes to the cake mix. We made cupcakes and they turned out excellent, lovely texture, moist and delicious. Will surely be ordering more flavors soon, cant wait to try the other flavors.

Loved it! Was skeptical of the taste on seeing jowar and sweet potato as flour ingredients but to my pleasant surprise, this tasted fantastic! I have also tried the almond flour cake mix of the same company but found this much better personally. You can play around with the amounts of coffee and cane sugar to suit your taste buds! A good healthy option overall!

Tastes incredible. The cake was soft and so so easy to make. Highly recommend it.I added a little more coffee water once the cake was baked and crumbs of dark chocolate.
