So much storage! Great for school, craft or play room!
I love love love the way these shelves came out! I got 2 by 10 inch by 8 ft boards at lowes stained them special walnut and had them cut to 5 feet. I was able to install all these shelves by myself (I’m a woman in my late 30s) in a couple hours! I used the circle pieces as a template to mark with a pencil where I needed to drill- I used a level with ruler to measure (and measure again) for each circle piece- I then would put up the whole vertical piece, screwing in slightly one or two holes on each of the 5 circle pieces to make sure it would line up and then went back and added the other two screws/ tightened all. It worked well! I use this area in our home for a home school room, play room, craft room/ small business. The little totes I already had and they happened to fit perfectly! They hold so much - this would also be great for toy storage. Definitely would buy again! I may get some for my boys legos!

Love the look! Easy to assemble and sturdy! 💪🏼
I love how the shelves turned out in my office. They are easy to assemble, I was able to hang and level by myself although two people would have made that job a lot easier. I like how you can configure the shelves how ever your imagination can dream up. I am ordering another one for my laundry room. This will have to be in studs as it is very heavy. The only somewhat negative review I can say is that when the bars are aligned straight to the wall not all of the threads are able to be screwed on tight which makes it a little difficult to hang when they spin around, but that is not that bad and they are still threaded enough to be stable once attached to the wall. The hardest part was finding straight boards, lol

Not that difficult!
I bought this to add to my laundry area. Easy to assemble. Have yet to install, as that will be easier with two people. You are buying the pipes ONLY. When assembled there is slightly less than ten inches for a board to set BETWEEN the pipe tee/elbow and the back flange. My advice is to assemble each upright on the floor with flanges. Stand on the flanges and twist any loose pipes to tighten uprights this keeps everything aligned. It is not necessary to have each pipe inserted fully on the threads use some painters tape to keep the fittings straight while mounting. LOOKS GREAT!

Handy Skills Needed! Very sturdy, good for heavy storage.
This is an excellent product. We bought these kits for finished basement storage. I gave it 4 stars because of the installation difficulty. ADVICE: 1) These are industrial style pipe kits that go together easily enough but requires some skill/experience with piping to make the dimensions turn out correctly. 2) When mounting these to a wall, it is best to screw them into a wall stud. You'll need a stud finder and good power drill. We didn't bother with the wall anchor kits - they are not suitable for holding the weight we plan to put on these shelves. If you are only putting a few decorative items on the shelves, the wall anchors should work fine. Most walls have studs around 16"- 24" apart. I mounted each bracket kit on every other wall stud. See advice point #4 as to why... 3) Mount the first bracket kit at the height you want it by inserting 1 screw into the top. Then use a level (flat & perpendicular) on the ege of the top flange to adjust the next flange below it left-to-right. Move that flange until the level shows it's square to the flange above it. While doing this, also check the level of the pipe that the shelf will sit on (the one that sticks out from the wall). Drill 1 screw in that flange. Next, Insert a screw to each flange below after making it level to the one above it so each flange has at least one screw in it. Find the next wall stud over and use a level across one pipe kit to the next (to make sure it's level to the first bracket you already mounted. Then repeat the leveling process you did on the first bracket, from top flange to bottom. When all brackets are mounted and level, drill screws into the remaining holes. For the screw length, I chose 3" all purpose screws, but you could use 2" - 2.5" screws too. Use these longer screws for drilling into the studs, then use 1" screws in the open flange holes that are only going into drywall. I did this to make it look nicer and more uniform. 4) I chose basic 1"x10" finished pine boards. 1" thick allows you to mount the brackets further apart from eachother. As I mentioned, I mounted bracket kits 24" apart because I planned to use 1" thick boards. Any further apart and the boards might start to bow. If you use thinner than 1" boards you would likely need to mount the brackets closer to eachother. 5) If you're not very handy, hire a handyman to do this or choose another shelving system.

Great! Stop complaining!
I am a girl with no tools and no upper body strength. I read the reviews before buying this and I was scared about having to twist the rods to get into place and asking a guy friend to come over to help me twist them(something you’ll understand once this product arrives). It’s not as bad as people say it is! I am notorious for not being able to open a pickle jar or even a water bottle and even I could twist the rods alone! With the right tools (drill, leveler, and stud finder), I installed these shelves easily. The only thing I would recommend for the buyer is putting a sticker labeling the smaller rods with “B” because I kept messing up by putting the “A” rods where the “B” rods should go because they weren’t labeled. Then again, I was watching TV and not paying attention. So overall, super easy installation, took only a few hours. I did it alone start to finish. Also, the wood cost me $19 a shelf, coming up at about $100 extra on top of the $109 I paid for the shelf pipes so about a $200 project but it fit all my shoes and purses. I do not regret buying this. 5 stars.

Great
Works great. Easy to install with two people. Very sturdy. The space between shelves is not tall so if you're looking for a place for large books or tall decor, this isn't it. You also have to purchase shelf boards separately, but we live near a small mill so that wasn't a problem.

Perfect for dressing up a craft room
I am so pleased with the easy install and the look with stained white pine boards that I’m going to buy a second set for the other side of my wall. Very sturdy and easy to install. Looks great with 10”x5’ boards for shelves. We ripped the width down from the 10” to just about the blade width so that the boards sit flat on the pipe without interfere from the pipe attachments.

They cut corners on instructions and wall attachments
The instructions a very minimal. For those of us who have never worked with piping it took quite a while to figure out how to tighten the pipes and fittings. Once assembled they are very sturdy. But be prepared to work hard to get them that way. The system for attaching to the wall was worthless. The screw adaptors for tightening into the wall would push through when you tried to twist the screws into place. The screws are drywall screws! We had to spend another $45 on a system that has now secured then tightly to the wall. My wife loves the way they look but they cost a lot more in time and money to get them that way. Just a heads up.

low quality
The product is of low quality and very expensive. Do not buy it and be lured by the look.
