I am not an expert or a professional hairdresser, but I recognize quality!! These scissors are heavy but well balanced and ergonomically correct and very comfortable to use. I have always had cheap scissors for cutting my hair, but now that I have tried these scissors, I know what quality means for getting a better haircut. I purchased these scissors in the BLUE because of "COLOR OVERSTOCK" and got a huge discount which made my purchase even sweeter!! This set is nicer than expected. Both scissors have a good weight and are easy for me to use even though I am not a professional stylist. They are very sharp! Just love it!

I like that it comes with combs. Also the bad review that says the thinning shears don't close all the way is very silly bc thinning shears are not supposed to close all the way, they are supposed to leave some hairs untouched which is why there are notches in one of its blades.

As a new barber, I could not afford to invest in expensive shears. I bought these hoping they would get me by until I made some money. However, I have now been using these for over 3 years and will not go back! They are pretty durable. I have had 3 sets now and only one has broken. I accidentally threw it across the room and it chipped the blade on a metal chair. The other two sets I have had last about a year and then become dull and need replaced. They are not able to be sharpened, as they are too soft and the sharpening process ruins them. They cut with accuracy, are easy to use, and work amazing cutting hair. I cut high volumes of hair daily as a barber, and these are my absolute go to for cutting. They handle bulk well, are good for detailing, and are sharp. The only thing I did not like, is the comb!

I’ve been needing to get a new pair of hair scissors for a very long time until now. This product came in perfect condition. Both the scissors also came in a separate plastic wrap with the case itself. With the thinning comb it also came with 2 extra razors as a replacement. As for the regular comb it helps with cutting hair beautifully. Plus the comb WILL make your hair extremely soft guaranteed!!! As for it’s job to cut hair I will give you details. Warning: it’s very sharp! So be very careful with using them, I’ve accidentally gave myself small cuts before while using them . They do cut hair very easily so I highly recommend being very slow and careful when cutting your hair so you don’t mess up! Anyway here’s a before and after picture after using them. Color isn't a vibrant in person. Shears are not as sharp as some reviews. Mine had alot of slipping and pushing hair vs cutting. Razor comb is effective but lightweight plastic. Also come with a change of blades. Thinning shears are nice and work as should.

I finally used these for the first time on my daughter and my hair, and I absolutely love them!!! They’re very sharp, easy to hold, heavy, and they fit comfortably in your hand. I’ll be buying another pair for my oldest to have at home.

Great basic kit, pretty good quality, love that it also comes with the screw key tool and a handy zip case for storage.

Es buen material y por el precio están bien. Solo que se aflojan y comienzan a "mascar" el cabello así que hay que mantenerlas apretadas.

Recently bought $90 professional scissors which were of the same quality as these, except this set came with cutting, thinning, texturing and a comb and the new ones I recently got were just cutting. They did dull very fast though.
