Everyone always seems to question whether or not these work.It's basically a shot of melatonin.. so don't combine with alcohol. Pick one or the other.The effectiveness is dependent on how willing you are to sleep or force yourself to daydream.The actual effect is probably 3/5, it's not sleeping gas, that one definitely takes the cake.. but where can you really find that? It's more of a passive feeling that you usually want when you're TRYING to sleep, but can't. I have (twice!) powered through it, so be careful.. sometimes it's hard to notice after a stressful day when you're still wired from work.

We use this nearly every night to help our daughter fall asleep. She is on some pretty potent medications that should knock her out (mental health and insomnia). Half a bottle and she is out within 10 minutes, without it she struggles falling asleep. We’ve used this for over 6 years and are never without it in our home.

These sleep juices work exceptionally well. Before I would be up to 3 A.M., but these juices cause me to fall and stay asleep all night! Highly recommend for anyone struggling with falling asleep.

Taste good.. does make you fall asleep quick but didn't keep me asleep. That's probable my medicle condition.

This is a very large volume to drink right before bed. I was up in 2 hours to pee and didn’t work well to help me fall asleep compared to other things I’ve tried. I won’t finish them or buy them again.

Product worked but caused digestion issues and the need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Wish the price would come down, but it does help get me to sleep.
