No palm oil, no added salt or sugar... just almonds. Texture is creamy and so easy to stir. It's not overly ground which can make butters too oily. It also seems somehow more satiating than others. It's tasty enough to eat alone without making crazy faces because it needs sugar. It's pretty smooth with very tiny bits of almond inside. There is a bit of separation of oil and butter, but with a simple stir, everything is a nice consistency again. I really like that there are no additives or ingredients besides almonds. I can add this stuff to a healthy shake or smoothie and get a bit more thickness without any weird after-taste.
