Has anyone used this on wool fabric?

I have not. I use lightweight interfacing on my wool.

A lot of folks are saying that the nozzels get clogged or broken. What can be done about the clogging?

I have been using Odif 505 spray for many years, and have never had a clogged or broken nozzle. Even after not being used for a few months, the nozzle was not clogged.

do you need a lot of ventilation when spraying?

No I use it all the time indoors in the winter with no extra ventilation.
