I’ve been taking this Vitamins since I was 24!It helps with memory and fibromyalgia brain fog and it’s been keeping me healthy for 26 years. Be sure and take it with a meal and with water or juice.

Worth the wait
Had taken these for years then ran out. Wasn't able to find them in local stores. The order took a little longer than I wanted however, it was well worth the wait an and cost.
