Wow !!! No words to express my gratefulness towards this socks. . I would like to make honest suggestion to whoever sees this in future. Serious recommend for plantar fascitis ! I am in health profession and understand the physiology behind the actual condition I am dealing with. This is exactly what you need. supports the fascia in such a way you will instantly feel light and comfortable to begin walking. My heels are not in painful condition two days in a row. I used it 8 hours yesterday 3/6/2015 the same day it arrived and released during night.. In the morning I did not feel the sharp shooting pain in the heels. Today I went to the gym with the socks on and am flying in the air. No pain !!! The best thing is I am less tired now. As we know the foot ache causes to be easily fatigued. I am hoping it stays the same. Please choose your size diligently and you will thank for it later. This is snug tight lycra material .. Firmly supports Plantar fascia and ahhhh... that feels so good when you walk and run in Gym. I have indeed felt confidence now. I feel I should have bought this material a long time ago. I have really bad Plantar Fasciitis. I ordered these socks to provide support for my tendon when I was resting. My arches hurt really bad when I would lay down due to no support to hold them up in place. These socks are fantastic. They hold my arch up in place so the tendon can heal. Pain has drastically subsided after one full day and night of use. This product has worked better for me than anything I have tried. I wear a true size 7 and have narrow feet. I ordered the Small. It fits perfect. I wear it against my skin and under my socks. I'm on day two of wearing these. Its the best my feet have felt! I have only taken them off for a few hours here and there. They are comfortable. If you are a size 7 and don't have fairly narrow feet, I would suggest the medium.

I first purchased a pair of these compression socks a couple of years ago at a shoe store in Asia (for about twice the price). I walk a great deal and sometimes 10+ miles or more at a time. Much to my great surprise, these socks REALLY do help ease the instep pain I feel from plantar fasciitis. I wear them when I walk and sometimes to bed if the pain persists. I bought a second pair because I liked the relief I felt from the first pair and wanted a second set on hand for when the other pair is in the laundry. The material is easy to care for; hand washing and air drying works well.

Used the arch measurement to decide on a size. Went with the small. They were great for around the house, but I found that if I wore them to work by the end of they day they were too constrictive. So I use these post-run and when I'm not wearing a supportive shoe. My feet are definitely improving.However, I think my next pair I will go up a size.

I have weak ankles and was hoping for just support,,,tried them on without any injuries,, after 5 minutes it became clear the only thing they were doing was squeezing my foot and not in a supportive kind of way,, but an uncomfortable injuring kind of way..my feet are a size 6 medium average with ,,unless you have very skinny narrow feet these will eventually injure your feet especially if your already injured,,It literally felt like my bones were being pulled from underneath,,, Even taking an ace bandage and putting it on to tight would not cause the foot to contort into such an unnatural position

Super tight around the ankles but not very tight around the actual foot part. I can’t wear these longer than 5 mins without swelling up. I’m not sure how you’re supposed to wear these 8+ hrs.

The doctor told me to get a light compression sleeve for my healing sprains. I ordered several different ones because they all looked so different. This one is by far my favorite of those I ordered. It has light compression (6.5 shoe size, small sleeve fit perfectly) that really helps me with the pain. The others I tried either were too cumbersome and thick or didn't feel like they provided any compression. I've washed them several times with clothes and just don't dry them on high heat and they've held up well. I even ordered another pair so when one is soaked in sweat, I've got another pair to use until laundry day.

I started suffering from plantar ficiitis several years ago as a result of a work injury. Two surgeries later and countless physical therapy sessions, I ended up in pain pretty much everyday. In addition to not been able to just wear any kind of footwear, I had tried a bunch of different things without any improvement of level or frequency of my pain. After reading all of the positive reviews of this product I decided to give it a tried. I have to say... This is the product that at least on my case have giving me the most relief from my pain. Very comfortable to wear, is not bulky, so you hardly feel it when wearing socks on top of them. I'm using them to be around the house on days off, at work and even during sleep. Highly recommended.

The material is quite thin but gives a firm grip off the foot I've got arthritis in the foot and found these great to wear especially at work as I'm on my feet for eight hours would buy again.
