Q: I am in between sizes, length 10mm and width 8mm. Should I size up or down?

If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a snug and secure fit. And to remove the STOPPERS, gently twist while pulling (similar motion to uncorking wine). Gently pull and be careful not to pull off the rubber heel tip.

Q: Are these rubber or plastic?

I'm not sure. I think the part that goes over the heel is rubber & the little "platform" on the base is plastic. Just a guess. It doesn't say anywhere on the package.

Q: Does it contour to square heels?

Yes, STOPPERS contours to any heel shape, including square. It is important to measure your heel to find the right size that will fit snugly over your heel.

Q: Do these help quiet the “clicking” sound heels make when walking on hard surfaces?

Yes it does. It feels a little different so practice walking with them on your shoes before going out.
