He is in the later stages of Alzheimer's and cannot sit well, nor hold up his head. But this is so helpful to keep him up and around us. It attaches nicely and easily to his wheelchair. The only reason I say it is not as sturdy as it seems to want to untighten sometimes and leave marks on his chair as it rolls around the handles. I don't like that.
