I use a clean and empty nail polish bottle with a brush and fill it with this oil. I use it every single night before going to bed on my cuticles, I shake the bottle then apply with the nail polish brush around the cuticles and below the nail, I massage the cuticles a little bit, let it absorb for about a minute, and then use Orly Cuticle Therapy Cream on top of all my cuticles, and massage again. I finish with hand lotion on my hands and then I go to bed. The first day I did this my cuticles looked a lot better. The key is to do it every single night, stop cutting the cuticles, just push them back weekly just after getting out of the shower or bath, and use this oil at night (if you can use it with a cuticle cream like Orly's on top even better, but I'm sure this oil alone will work). I added it to my conditioner rinse for a quick boost, my 5 min scalp massage, my pre-poo, my greenhouse effect, and even my LOC. Even though I'm still on my first bottle it has worked wonders!!! Now I only use it for my 5 min scalp massage/inversion and my overnight baggy method (since my other products have essential oils), and my hair has never felt better!!
