Omega National Maple Blind Corner Caddy

This is so freaking cool! I love love love love love this! I'm doing backflips! I hated that dead cabinet space it's so functional and easy to install- mostly. Ok so our cabinet was a tiny bit small we had to get a little creative shave a bit off our top part of the cabinet where nobody sees it. Also must remove the door and soft close thing. And one review said hard to install with drawers on. For our cabinet drawers needed to be on or they can't be put on after. Over all it's so beautiful and functional I love this so much! Not a bit of wasted space!

I love this! I am not handy, but installation was doable. Hardest part was figuring out how to reach into back of blind cabinet to screw unit into cabinet floor. Maybe I was supposed to do this before sliding the drawers onto the railings? If you can use a drill, you can do this! The unit seems well constructed of good quality materials. Just make sure the dimensions of your cabinet work with the product. My cabinet opening was only 12 inches wide, so I had to cut it larger. Oops! (Pictures are before I sanded down the cutting mistakes. Router went haywire when I rounded the corner!) Now I'm on the hunt for a replacement door. Worth it! I had a Tetris game of glass serving dishes stacked in that blind cabinet. Now they are safely stored so I don't have to worry about breakage.

Solves blind corner storage problem. However I had to adjust mounting so pull out could fully turn in front of oven.

Great idea and is definitely going to make use of otherwise forgotten space, which in my small kitchen and home is just too valuable to leave unused.My issue came with installing. The directions aren’t great but thankfully it is very easy to install.However the unit I received was assembled incorrectly. The tracks on the drawer and the tracks on the insert did not match up. Returning the product was going to be a my expense and it’s heavy so of course shipping was not worth it and I had put in the insert prior to counter top install so to get it out was going to be a huge ordeal. I decided to try to change the track location on the drawer myself. It took me about an hour and it was simple enough to make the change but I shouldn’t of had to. Also not sure if it’s because of the fix I had to make or the product itself but the bottom drawer doesn’t slide as smoothly as the top one.If it wasn’t for the DIY fix I would have rated it 4/5 stars. I’d like to assume I got a defective one because I haven’t seen this complaint before.

Very cheaply made would not recommend.

This is a great solution to an annoying problem. It was fairly simple to install. As another reviewer stated I had to add a 3/4 inch board to help the drawer portion swing out far enough. I also mounted the drawer the opposite direction from the instructions. It worked better for our size cabinet. I will try to post pictures. The material is constructed with quality workmanship and is nicer than I anticipated. I highly recommend the product.

Purchased this item because it was the only product like this that would fit our blind cabinet opening. The first problem is I did not receive the template and the second issue is the bottom drawer rails were pre-installed too low and the drawer would not clear the plywood structure. Third, the rails are also junk as all the ball bearings fell out when I tried to remove the bottom drawer using the release mechanism. After spending almost $300, I had to go pay another $20 to replace the bottom rail and raise it so the drawer would clear. The rails I added have a noticeable improvement in quality as well. For this kind of money, I expect better quality and better construction of the product.It’s installed so I’m not sending it back, but I would not have purchased this if I knew this would be the experience.I give it two stars only because it is made of wood and not particle board. The item is overpriced and for the money. Additionally, better drawer rails could have been used.

This works really well, adds plenty of useable storage and the drawers/box are well built.
