I WAS WRONG WHEN I SUSPECTED THIS SUPPLEMENT FOR MAKING ME DIZZY! I STOPPED TAKING IT AND NOW MY APPETITE IS BACK AND I AM GAINING WEIGHT. I SURE HOPE THEY LET ME ORDER IT AGAIN. SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION. ... previous note => I suspect the garcinia cambogia has been making me very dizzy. Last week Mon, woke up dizzy/too woozy to get around all day so slept and sat. This Monday and Tues. too dizzy to do anything! I do feel better today but this dizziness makes me need to be very cautious about moving around. Light headed. I am a healthy person and this is just awful. I just read that another user had the same reaction so I have stopped taking these pills. Good grief!!!

I took this product a little over a decade ago & saw major improvements! In appetite control, and other areas plus my pant sizes shrank! So I ordered a second bottle, which was totally different! The pills smelled different and tasted different and didnt work so I gave up! Here I am about 3 days in on this new journey & it has already started to curb my appetite! No promises but fingers crossed! I'll update once they truly start to work their magic!

I am 72 yrs old, 5.3", 256 to start, now 244 in last 3 weeks without specific diet, just cut back because not as hungry with this. Definate energy level is up. Tried garcinia Cambodia around 11 years ago and it worked so much better. This just doesn't seem to be as strong as i hoped it would be.

This made me have the worst gastrointestinal pain and cramps I have ever had taking a supplement. I reached out to the seller to see if they could offer me a refund or gift card balance of some sort and I never heard back from them. Poor customer service unfortunately and this did not work for me. I have used other cars in Cambodia products and not have this issue.

First and foremost, we know everyone's body is different. What works for one doesnt work for the other. This pill doesn't dissappoint. I had originally bought these type of pills at Costco years ago however when I recently tried buying them again they no longer had them...did my research and bough these on Amazon. These pills helped me stop my cravings and helps me eat smaller portions I take one 30 min before my meals 3 times a day. Be prepared to drink a lot of water with these pills. I do exercise and I do watch what I eat I'm not a junk eater dont drink soda or juices either not my thing. I gained weight due to health issues but these pills have helped me out a lot doesnt constipate or give diarrhea either I was at 190 and within 2 months people noticed my weight loss. Took me 2 weeks for my body to react to these pills. I love them and I hope these pills work for you like they worked for me.

I used this while I was on a cleanse to help suppress my appetite. It worked! I didn’t feel hungry and was able to complete my cleanse without the cravings for foods I couldn’t have. I took this in the morning with my total life changes’ detox tea. I ate 2 eggs/per day and ate nothing but raw fruits, nuts , vegetables, water and herbal teas only for fluids for 10 days. The packaging looked very cheap, the sticker all creased and applied carelessly. I tried the capsules for a week with 0 difference in appetite.
