Do these work for the oculus Quest 2?

These are just belts for vive trackers. They do not come with the trackers and the trackers only work with the vive/valve lighthouse tech. You can use the two together but you would need both systems to run in tandem.

Do these have feedback vibration?

No they do not, these are just belts for the tracker :3

Do these have haptic/vibration feedback?

No, they are hard plastic with a screw in the middle so you can screw the puck onto it and protects the back from damage.

I'm thinking of purchasing this for my son. Can I just buy one tracker, or is it one for each item? I'm not sure how this works!

This comes with three straps (one for hip and two feet straps). The most popular and what these straps are made for is to get full body tracking in VR. You will have to buy 3 Vive trackers separate from this as these are just straps to attach them to your body.
