(When i first got them)The seeds come broken up into uneven pieces, so idk how your supposed to know how much to drink. Before the seeds would come whole and u would take one seed and cut it into 6-7 pieces to last for the week. With these u have pieces thats are 1\2 of the seed or 3/4th of it and the instructions say to drink a piece but doesnt say anything about how big or small. And im sure if the seed is broke into piece whatever effect is supposed to do probably died out since its all exposed and dried up. Never buying again unless they give me the seeds whole ,not broken up.***Edit: so i been taking them, and they have helped alot. But remember these seeds help u use the bathroom, i also have alot on my part, like watched whaT i eat and how much and how many calories. So this just helps me get rid of the waste faster. So dont just rely on it.****Edit:: just received the pill version and it doesn't work...waste of money look at the fake seed they are trying to payy as the Brazilian seed. Smh!!

It helped me with my weight loss and gave me boost to loose it quicker, but I had to stop taking it because I wouldn’t eat the bananas and my body would cramp up very bad. I still have them and want to start again just because it did very good but it’s very intense and I would have to use the restroom a lot at work!
