Tovolo61-33733 Tongs, 9" & 12", Assorted

I use these all the time. They are not quite as sturdy as I expected, but they have held up very nicely.

Excellent tongs which are super sturdy and heat resistant. The locking mechanism is strong and easy to manipulate and the two sizes are great. I put 4 stars because we have to other tong that comes with the built in spoon rest edge which I prefer.

These are great to have. Less elegant but more functional than traditional serving utensils for salad, vegetables, meat etc.That said, regardless of price, they all seem to fail when the hinge pin wears and pulls through. This pair with the 'Tavolo' brand lasted less than two years. Granted these are inexpensive, but I'd pay extra for a brand that invested in a beefier rivet.

I especially like the "lock" feature on these units...compared to other brands that have a slider bracket

The colors are good, size is useful, but the lock doesn't really work so they take up more room on the counter or container or drawer, they're not as well made as other tongs. They'll do, but I won't buy them again.

Easy to use, great at picking stuff up and they feel well made. I have expensive Oxo silicone tongs and I prefer these because they seem more nimble. These are the best and at a great price. Tovolo products are high quality and at an awesome value.

I was trying to replace a well loved set of Tovolo tongs that I use all the time. I ordered these thinking that it would be nice to have two sets. These are not the same. Almost felt like a disposable quality. Very cheap and flimsy feeling. I returned them!

Great little pair of tongs. Tovolo is an outstanding brand! Fabulous sizes and lock features-not to mention the amazing gray colors.

I bought some other tovolo products years ago for me and my mother and we love them. Now that I have my own family I'm needing more in different styles. I highly recommend.

I have been looking for a smaller tong for awhile till I saw this in Amazon. It was much smaller than I thought but after using a few time and actually find the size is alright. Not sure if it is really stainless steel but the lock seem flimsy other than that the quality is fine.

Don't use on cast iron. It will melt quickly
