1/2" X 3/16" Ceramic Disc- Ceramic/Ferrite Magnet

Okay well maybe it’s just me. Most of the welding fixtures use this size magnet to stick their fixtures to steel. Somehow I always forget the damn fixture is there (definitely not my fault) and weld a piece up. Then look behind the piece to see my dead magnet fixture. Punch out the dead magnets and gorilla glue new ones in. Good as new!!!
