I hear so many bad reviews about these kind of devices I was like well it doesn’t really sound like it’s worth it. So I have a lot of muscle on most of my body but kind of fatty booty area especially after a child. Like running I can just feel it jiggle. I thought well it couldn’t hurt and what if it helped. I’m a bit of a Amelia badelia when it comes to following directions tho. I stuck the pads on (you can buy ems replacement gel pads) and I had to readjust a couple times. Definitely couldn’t do it over the underwear like the picture shows. Then I snapped on the device which honestly should have been on there first. At first only the right side I could feel and I was like what the heck. I readjusted it and could feel both sides. The pulse goes with the red blinking light. Level one was really light. I’m not sure if it could really do anything but I’m sure eventually. I decided to try each setting. I really thought 4 might be scary but it’s honestly the best setting. I do wish it went up a little higher in strength BUT I understand why it doesn’t. A lot of people could be injured for using it incorrectly. Does it work? I think so. Will you see an immediate difference? probably not. Will I be buying the ab one to go with this? Absolutely.

Took me forever to figure out how to turn up the electrical current. I couldn't feel the lowest current, but once I could turn it up I felt it move my buns! Feels like I got an awesome butt massage afterward it cycles through. I feel like it has increased my muscle a little but I don't use it consistently.

Make sure you buy extra gel pads because the one it comes with will wear out fast. You’ll have to secure it when using it, it can and will come off if your working out or doing a lot of movement.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I bought this plus the abs and arm one and tried out the different ones together neither piece from this set works. Worse part is the controller even lights up and works but will not pulse.

It did not perform as advertised. When you click the 'on' button and then the program buttons, it will turn the device on for only 20 seconds or so, and then turns off. I tried several times and could not get the device to perform.

The button stays on for less than 10 seconds and no current is passed.

It worked very well very inexpensive but I need another one the battery does need to be charged often only lasts 1 sitting
