Good vitamin b12 supplement. It's chewable and has a pleasant taste. I think you can let it dissolve also if you prefer.

Very palatable. Kinda sweet and simple to chew up. Helps me to not having so many pills to swallow.

This form of B12 is way better and more effective than others I have taken. I noticed a difference almost immediately. They are a similar texture to sweettarts or smarties candy but not as sweet. I take one every morning before breakfast, so it's fine on an empty stomach.Keeps my energy up throughout the day, without the jittery feeling you can get from caffeine. Before taking this supplement, I'd feel exhausted all the time and crash randomly. I'm also extremely anemic (these deficiencies can go hand in hand), so 2 weeks later i added an iron supplement. In conjunction with this b12, my energy is consistent. The day I forgot to take it, I could definitely tell a difference. I wish I had known about this years ago.I just ordered my 2nd bottle yesterday. This will definitely be a reoccurring purchase.
