Good healthy snack but overpriced
Great tasting and healthy snack but way overpriced! I would buy it again if Costco sells them in bulk for much cheaper price.

So good!
I’m not a chip person but I absolu love those. The bag is 1/3 filled which sucks. Make this item even more expensive. I wish it was a lot cheaper!!

Good, but not good enough for the price.
These were really good, but not worth the price for what your get in the bag. The bag is pretty big, but it’s only filled up to about 1/3. These also taste pretty sweet, but I’m not used to having any sugar in chip-like snacks. These remind me of chips that are popular in Japan or Korea because of their sweet, but salty flavor combo; nothing like what most American snacks taste like.I do enjoy Asian snacks, but not the sweet salty flavors like this brand in particular. I will not be repurchasing these because of how little you get for how much you pay. I rather spend my money on a dehydrator and make my own with my own seasonings; without any sugar.

Be careful what you wish for
I once had crispy lotus chips as a condiment when I ordered a Poke bowl at Big Fish Little Fish at Westfield Santa Anita Mall, but they didn't survive the pandemic. This was the first time I had ever eaten crispy lotus chips before. I really liked the earthiness taste of those chips and they highlighted a fantastic poke bowl. I wanted to see if I could buy these crispy lotus chips, so I Googled "crispy lotus root chips". That's how I found Sokusa Lotus Root Crisps being sold on Amazon. It had a 4 out of 5-star rating, so I bought the 2-pack. First of all, the chips inside the bag looked nothing like what is pictured on the package. That's false advertising in itself. Secondly, you could barely tell the lotus root chip was from a lotus root, because it was covered with what appeared to be a deep-fried batter. Thirdly, it tasted gross, like an ultra-thick onion chip. If this was advertised as an onion chip and you love onions, you might like it. I washed my hands several times and put on hand sanitizer on my hands and I still couldn't get the onion smell off my hands! As for the cost, paying $12.99 for 5.64 ounces of these onion-smelling dilapidated chips made it on the expensive side, even though the packaging was nice. Since I yearned for the crispy lotus root chips that had once tasted, I took a chance on buying Sokusa Lotus Root Crisps. In the end, I did not get what I wished for.

Good, but expensive!
Lotus chips are delicious, but they were twice as expensive as the ones I bought at Costco.

Reminds me of Hawaiian kettle chips
I was really excited to try this since I didn’t get a chance to purchase them at Costco. When I received the bag it was maybe 1/4th full. The taste tasted oddly familiar and I couldn’t put my fingers on it but then finally it hit me.. it tastes just like Hawaiian kettle chips. It was good but not amazing. I’m glad I gave it a try as it satisfied my curiosity. There is not really a lotus flavor - as expected but definitely Hawaiian kettle chip flavor and texture vibes. I won’t be purchasing again.
