Worked like a charm for SHS-P718
Our 2.5 year old Samsung SHS-P718 stopped locking and a search online suggested a bad mortise might be the culprit. Found this replacement part and it was delivered quickly to the So Cal area (faster than the estimated date by 4 days!). Swapped it out and now the lock works like it's supposed to. Very happy with the item.

Fast delivery. But improper packaging for the posted product. Product arrived with physical breakdown. Slight wrinkled on the front finish.

Good product.
Good product and it halped me a lot with replacing the lock in an old mortise lock door. Just remember not to use the original small SHS-AML220 templet from the Samsung lock because on this lock the screws are half an inch higher than on the one that comes with the Samsung smart Lock.
