I started adding 1 Tablespoon to my smoothie for fiber boost (after blending frozen fruit first) - can’t even taste it, and just so I don’t overblend, it does not thicken my smoothie at all (I use plenty of unsweetened organic coconut water).

It’s coconut flour—either you’re starting a diet and hoping to make a dessert that doesn’t completely dry your mouth out, or you already know what time it is. It arrived properly packaged, and the consistency is exactly what it should be: very fine and very absorbent. If you’re baking with it, remember that a little goes a long way. You’ll need more eggs or liquid than you would with regular flour, and it works best when mixed with other flours or used in recipes designed specifically for coconut flour. It is a bit on the pricey side, but that tends to come with the territory when you’re trying to eat healthier.

Coconut flour is amazing g to bake with. I will never use white flour again. I also use Almond flour and grid up flax seed to make flour. I am so glad I found these other flours that are healthy for you. Very low carbs. The foods retailers are selling the public are making us sick. Giving us cancer. Research it Do right for your body. It tastes so good too. Make the switch!

Quality product

It was shipped & packaged n good order. There's no odor to it. Actually, I ordered this product by mistake, thinking it was coconut milk! Why did I do such a thing? I wrote in my description, that I wanted, like, Organic & that I wanted coconut MILK & NO ADDITIVES! But, after having to read so many labels, as if I don't do so, there will be things ADDED to it, detrimental to my health, if I read the description, only, much of the time. Therein, after so long a time searching through all the other products, that are thrown in among the product of my written my discretion for my needs, I ended up ordering this coconut flour instead of coconut milk, as the package pictures look so much alike for both coconut products! Thankfully, Amazon, when I called them, refunded my money, but my valuable time,lost, through my long search for the correct product & occurred problems due to my mistake, can NOT be refunded! : ( However, if one desires a fine coconut powder, as I do, after trying this one out, it is not fine in texture, it's quite course. Plus, it is very dry, more than I would have thought, especially since coconut oil is the most healthy oil one can feed to body cells to keep them healthy in numerous ways. For great research its health benefits, Amazon has my favorite scientific information: Bruce Fire's books on every aspect of how all coconut components, oil, water & their meat, nourishes every aspect of the body's needs for better developing health, no matter ones age. Plus, Amazon carries great coconut products. One, just has to be very careful to read each product contents, as many companies add very unhealthy, extra products, to their coconut contents that will compromise ones health.

This coconut flour tastes good and works with the bread recipe that I have, but kicked up the candida symptoms.
