Attractive, functional, and a great value!
I was looking for a sensored faucet for my special needs daughter to use and be independent. Also with the COVID pandemic, it would make hand washing without touching surfaces even better. The faucet is simple to install, but make sure the gasket and ‘nut’ that goes under under the faucet and sink gets tightened enough, so that the gasket on top of the sink creates a seal. I was afraid to tighten it too much for fear of bending/crushing the mounting plate. Because of installation error (too loose), our faucet initially leaked under the sink, but it was an easy fix to tighten the nut. After a month, we have been very happy with this faucet. It’s attractive, functional, and helps our daughter be more independent. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who wants a functional sensored faucet at a great price.According to the item description, the hot and cold lines do not come with the faucet. However, ours did, so it was a bonus. We replaced our old lines with the new ones that came with the faucet.

Necessity for toddlers who keep forgetting to turn the faucet off
So everything you need is in the box, which was my biggest worry when I got this. If you've ever replaced a faucet, installation is pretty much a breeze. I got halfway through before I realized I didn't even look at them. This is one of those installs that is almost self-explanatory as everything fits where you're supposed to stick it. Make sure you place the control / battery box in such a place that can reach all the places it needs to, and it's pretty easy. If there's a downside, it's that for me the water is pretty much always going to be cold as it takes a while for the warmer water to flow. But that's not the fault of the faucet. I suppose you could futz with the supply lines, but I'm not that invested in it. It works great, and even if the battery life isn't 2 years like it says, I'm totally fine with it. I don't want to deal with wires anyway. Great faucet and will pretty much pay for itself with savings on the water bill (from little ones leaving the faucet on).

Absolutely Love this
Great faucet. Will definitely buy again in the future. Only thing to note is the water pressure produced by these faucets is on the high side -- higher than what we needed. Thankfully, all we had to buy was a $2 more restrictive aerator to install than the one it came with. Simple, easy change-out. If you live in a place that doesn't have good water pressure, then this faucet will work miracles for you.

Very bad design. Unusable.
It turns off even when your hand is within range. Because it does not have wave-on wave-off control like brand name faucets, it becomes unusable. I had to take it back out, throw it out and install a Kohler faucet instead. I don't understand why the maker does not make it usable. They have nice styling, better than the brand name faucets but it is stupidly conceived. One other issue is that the mounting shaft is not quite long enough so it requires a trip to the hardware store to make it work.

So far so good, but beware
Installed this last night and I must say that this product seems sturdy and it's quick to pick up motion and quick to turn off (doesn't run for too long after you remove hands). The instructions, however, are TERRIBLE. There are 3 rubber gaskets and 4 connection points so make sure you put the gaskets in the right places:1. Where the water input module meets the detector / battery pack2. Each of the water input lines cold / hot where it meets the battery packI recommend attaching everything to the battery pack first, then attaching the ends to where they need to go to avoid kinking the tubes.I was surprised that the fittings actually matched what I have in the original water valves, which is great. The output pressure of the water was a bit too much initially, so i corrected this by closing each of the valves (hot and cold) about 1/2 way to limit the water flow -- now water pressure doesn't cause all kinds of splashing as you wash your hands. The temp control can be done 2 ways: using the temp modulator attached to the battery pack, or adjusting each water valve individually. I opted to use a combination of the two with the hot water a little more open than the cold water and the temp setting pretty much in the middle. This gave me a comfortable water temp..I didn't use the screws to affix the battery pack to the wall. Instead, I used the velcro strips for pictures. This way, I can move it or take it down without having holes to fill...works well.Overall, the kids love the new faucet. There is no attachment or way to close the drain any longer though, so you lose that functionality from the top, however, you can still close the drain from behind the sink if you need to. I don't think i've ever needed to close the sink drain for any reason so...not a problem for me.I'd love for them to send me another one, and I can do a video and product review to show you exactly what I did and yes that was a pitch =)

Nice Faucet
Well, no faucet is easy to install when you have to lay in the vanity under the sink, but this one was easier to install then removing the old one.Works well, motion sensor is fine.

Leaks
Should’ve read other reviews. You need an o-ring in addition to the gasket on the top connection. It took me a few hours to install, a full day to troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from and how to fix - per faucet. All in all, 3 faucets took 3 days. The first nut holding the faucet / plate to the sink must be super tight, or adjusting the leaky hose nut below it will cause the faucet to pivot and scratch off the paint. One of my sinks had extended stop valves, so the hoses were long enough, but the other 2 didn’t. I stretched them and made the barely work, with a little kinking I can live with, but the whole process was a PITA. That said, I like motion sensor and temperature adjustment. It looks nice. I’d give it 5 stars if not for the install process/leaks/short hoses.

Good until it's not
The product was ordered in June of this year(2022) and was installed smoothly. Then four months in, it starts to run non stop after being used. Not a good product save your money and buy a Moen. No reply from the seller when trying to send back for a replacement.
