I have wanted a cute and functional sun hat but couldn’t find one that checked all the boxes. This is the perfect hat for sunny days at the beach, hanging out by the pool or strolling the farmers market. The wide brim provides great sun protection so I know my face is protected from harmful UV rays. I ordered the khaki color and while it is a bit darker than I expected it is neutral enough to go with everything. The velcro makes the size adjustable to fit anyone. The tulip style design of the back of the hat allows it to be worn while laying in the sun and it doesn’t push your head forward. And the ponytail opening-it’s a game-changer! It allows me to style my hair is so many different ways, I can keep it down or pull it up off my neck to stay cool. I also love the design of this hat that makes it packable and foldable, making it easy for travel. It rolls up and has an elastic band to keep it rolled, but it unrolls nicely, keeping its original shape. I am so glad I finally found the perfect sun hat-I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a functional and cute sun hat.

This beach hat is awesome! I love that it has a hole in the back for my ponytail — it’s such a simple feature but makes a big difference in comfort. The wide brim gives great sun protection, and the material is lightweight and breathable. It’s also really good quality and well made — you can tell it’s built to last. I travel to the Caribbean often and I have had more sun hats ruined by getting crushed in my suitcase. When this hat was delivered in a small box I was sure it was ruined. When I opened it, it was neatly rolled up small and compact. When I unrolled the hat it was in perfect shape and ready to wear. Easily adjustable, cool and comfortable, exactly what I wanted—protection from the sun, cute and stylish, and I can wear it with my hair up in a bun. I wasn’t even looking for a sun hat that travels well. I got more than I bargained for. I truly love this hat.

The hat is great. Used it in Japan in July. Helped keep me cool and the sun off my face. The only thing I didn’t like was that the back brim would hit my back and it would scratch. The hat is beautifully made and travels well. I think it’s just a me issue.

The size is great for covering my face and even some of my shoulders. It rolls into a tight roll (think a rolled up Cosmo) and comes with an elastic to keep it rolled up for storage. It's extremely lightweight and easy to pack and tote around. It's a super cute hat and incredibly functional for sun protection while being able to still style your hair as you'd like. My other hats made it impossible for me to use a clip or have a ponytail. This has a semi-stretchy velcro closure that makes it easy to wear. It's an attractive hat. It was worth the money I spent on it. I wear it often.

I have used this hat on several trips now. It travels really well, I love that it rolls up and doesn’t take up a ton of space. It is convenient to wear at the beach or by the pool because you can lay back on it and still have sun protection on your face. I have a big head, so the adjustable strap is great. Highly recommend!

I bought this straw hat for our family vacation to Jamaica. The hat was quite nice, providing excellent sun protection in the scorching 90+ degree weather. It matched well with my clothes and was pretty lightweight, making it comfortable to wear throughout the trip. However, there was one downside. The hat didn't fit my head as tightly as I wanted. Even when I adjusted it to the last notch, it was still loose on me. I wish it had a bit more Velcro strap to allow for better adjustment. This hat doesn't seem to be built for people with smaller heads. Despite this issue, I still like the hat and plan on buying some Velcro hat size reducers to make it fit better for our next trip to Florida!

Purchased for vacation to be able to wear my hair up. Took a couple of tries to find the best way to fit but after messing with it I loved it. Rolls up easily to fit in your bag without taking up so much space. Adjustable and lightweight. Looks really elegant and classy and allows for your long hair to be up on top of your head and not sweating down your neck all day.

A friend of mine had this hat first and after seeing it, I just had to have it! WORTH IT!!! I feel stylish and sun safe wearing this hat and it will never ruin my hair. The adjustable strap is a must for anyone who gets headaches or has thick hair. Easy to pack and good quality. Dries quick but does not float so don’t drop it in the water and almost let it sink like I did😂

Super comfortable ans easy to carry around. It got wet so many times when I was in the pool, and it does not show any signs of discoloration or wear out. It covers my forehead and face and allows me to pur up my hear

I bought this paper straw visor to protect my face from the sun when I play outside with my toddler. The visor, when folded, is very compact and it stays secured with an elastic band. To wear it, you just need to remove the elastic, unroll the hat and adjust the velcro for your desired fit. It is widely adjustable for small heads or big heads with a velcro band that is hidden at the back. The brim is somewhat sturdy, yet it is flexible. There is also a detachable and adjustable chin strap to prevent your hat from flying off on windy days. Of course, if the visor gets dirty, machine washing is NOT recommended. You just need to spot clean the area with a damp cloth and let it air dry. It easily fits in my purse, in my car door compartment or even in my car's glove box. It is practical, comfortable to wear, and it is the perfect solution for me since I often wear my hair in a top knot or a high ponytail. And because it is a visor, I don't end up with dreaded flat ''hat hair''. Combined with sunscreen, it adds a great protection for my face. It is noteworthy to mention though, that the brim of this hat might not be large enough to protect the entire neck area. Because of the design, the back of the hat doesn't protect as much as the front does, so sunscreen should still be applied on the entire neck area to prevent any sun damage. I deducted 1 star because the rim isn't as sturdy as I would have liked and has a tendency to droop over my eyes, so I keep having to readjust it. There is a mini flexible slim wire inside the outer edge of the rim and it tends to ''bounce'' (a bit like a flexible metal slinky...but a lot thinner), therefore adds more movement to the rim compared to other sturdier models. It also feels like a part of the wire is somewhat bent, so this might explain why the hat is a bit droopy. Other than that...it's still a good purchase. I love the fact that it includes a chin strap.
